Detailed Description of the STEM Ranging Bundle

Crazyflie 2.1+ - Open Source Micro Quadcopter Drone:

The Crazyflie 2.1+ is a versatile open-source aerial development platform, weighing only 27g and fitting in the palm of your hand. Not only is it an excellent flyer, but the Crazyflie 2.1+ is also equipped with low-latency, long-range radio and Bluetooth LE. This allows you to download the app and use your mobile device as a controller, or, in combination with the Crazyradio PA, use your computer to view data and control it with a game controller.

Crazyradio PA - Long-Range 2.4GHz USB Radio Dongle:

A long-range open radio dongle based on the Bitcraze nRF24LU1+. It is equipped with a 20dBm amplifier, a low-noise amplifier (LNA), and is pre-programmed with firmware compatible with the Crazyflie. With the Crazyflie 2.0 and the power booster, the range is extended to over 1 km (line of sight) and over 2 km between two Crazyradio PAs (line of sight).

Crazyflie Flow v2 deck:

The Flow Deck v2 is an additional board for the Crazyflie 2.1+ drone that enables stable indoor flight with an optical flow camera and Time of Flight (ToF) sensors. It offers precise and responsive control for distances of up to 4 meters, making it a powerful tool for researchers, developers, and drone enthusiasts.

Crazyflie Multi-ranger deck:

The Multi-ranger deck equips the Crazyflie 2.X with the ability to detect objects around it. This is achieved by measuring the distance to objects in five directions: front/back/left/right/up, with millimeter-level accuracy up to 4 meters.
