How to Connect the Multi-Turn Backup Battery

  • Disconnect the DYNAMIXEL-Y power and loosen the battery cover lock screw.
  • Open the battery cover.
  • Connect the battery cable.
  • Reattach the battery cover.
  • Tighten and secure the battery cover lock screw.
  • Run the DYNAMIXEL Wizard 2.0 program and follow the battery replacement procedure.
  • Refer to the electronic manual for further details.

  • Use a frame corresponding to the screw length, considering the depth of the tabs indicated in the drawing.
  • After purchasing, always connect the multi-turn backup battery before use.
