How to Connect the Multi-Turn Backup Battery

  • Disconnect the power from the DYNAMIXEL-Y and loosen the battery cover lock screw.
  • Open the battery cover.
  • Connect the battery cable.
  • Refasten the battery cover.
  • Tighten and secure the battery cover lock screw.
  • Launch the DYNAMIXEL Wizard 2.0 and follow the battery replacement procedure.
  • Refer to the electronic manual for more details.

  • Rust-related repairs may incur costs. To prevent this, reduce humidity and improve ventilation.

  • This product is designed as an integral unit: the cycloidal reducer and the motor cannot be separated for individual use.
  • Be cautious of overheating during extended high-speed use.
  • Use a frame matching the screw length, taking the tab depth indicated in the drawing into account.
  • After purchase, always connect the multi-turn backup battery before use.
