ODROID-M1: a RK3568B2 development board
Looking for an alternative to Raspberry Pi? The ODROID-M1 could be a great choice! This single-board computer features a Rockchip solution with 4 ARM Cortex-A55 processors and multiple external storage options:
- microSDXC card readers
- M.2 NVMe 2280 PCIe 3.0 socket
- SATA 3.0 port
- eMMC module socket
The ODROID-M1 also has a wide range of connectors around its 40 GPIO pins, including:
- 1 Gigabit Ethernet port
- 1 HDMI 2.0 output
- 1 standard 3.5 mm jack
- 1 speaker output
- 2 USB 3.0 Type A ports, 2 USB 2.0 Type A ports and 1 micro USB 2.0 port
- 1 MIPI CSI 2-lane + 1 MIPI DSI 4-lane
The board also has an infrared receiver for remote control, and there are slots for a CR2032 battery, activity LEDs and jumpers. If you want to take things even further, you can even add a heat sink, WiFi, Bluetooth, webcam, metal case...
This RK3568B2 SoC can be used not only for various embedded system applications, but also in AI thanks to a dedicated module that will deliver up to 0.8 TOPS.
