LED-ring deck: lighting controlled from your smartphone or computer
The LED-ring deck is an expansion board designed by <Bitcraze to offer original lighting options for your electronic and robotic creations. You can control this circuit from an Android smartphone or iPhone, or from your computer. It’s designed specifically to be mounted underneath the Crazyflie 2.X drone to provide downward facing lighting.
You can even create custom patterns and colour combinations for this LED ring.

- Designed to be mounted on the underside of the Crazyflie flying platform
- 12 independently addressable RGB LED modules facing downwards (W2812B)
- 2 strong white LEDs facing forward, emitting more than 1,800 mcd
- 1-wire memory for automatic expansion board detection
- DC/DC step-up/down: 1 A @ 3.8 V from input between 2 and 5.5 V
- Typical power consumption: 330 mA @ 5 V and 680 mA @ 3 V
