SyRen 25 motor driver: reliability in action

This Dimension Engineering 25A driver can supply a single DC brushed motor with up to 25A continuously. Peak currents of 45A are achievable for a few seconds. It offers optimum overcurrent and thermal protection, and various operating modes via its analogue, RC, simplified serial and packetised serial inputs. Owning two SyRens allows you to build differential drive robots.

A regenerative motor driver for heavy machines

With the regenerative drive, the SyRen 25’s batteries are charged each time the robot slows down or reverses, giving your machine more autonomy. The SyRen 25 can drive robots up to 80 kg (22 kg for combat robots).
